The focus of our Leadership Coaching engagements involve: Initial meetings with the client to establish rapport and understand overall coaching objectives -A 360 assessment -Analysis of the results of the 360 -A leadership development plan (LDP) -Access to an extensive array of management and leadership tools and resources Within one-on-one sessions, clients are afforded an opportunity to reflect and develop a personal awareness of their strengths and work on areas for development or specific issues they find challenging. This process can be a powerful platform for improving leading others in work environments.

Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required when canceling a Coaching session. Clients who do not give 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount for the session.
